Supreme Court refuses to hear Guantanamo appeals, sentencing 60+ innocent Yemenis to life without parole; Montana’s AG tells TEAM it won’t use 11th Amendment challenge   Attorney Rob Hager joins Adam Fergatch to talk about the Montana case before the Supreme Court; AG Steve Bullock acknowledges that using the 11th would be a “winning strategy” but declines to use it for unexplained reasons.

Tell them to file the brief challenging the Supreme Court’s jurisdiction in the appeal of the case “ATP vs. Bullock”.  It only takes a minute–I called both offices and the people who answered were very nice.
